Bridging the Gap aims to facilitate intercultural dialogue and cultural understanding between the Islamic and Western world.

Bridging the Gap Program
This program involves both learning and practical experience in working in another culture.
1. Work in a business investigating the market opportunities for expansion into the western world
2. Group Discussions facilitated by AIESEC
3. Community Service, involvement and presentations
4. Personal goal setting and learning plan creation
5. Attending regional seminars and conferences around Bridging the Gap

Intern Skills and Background Required
  • Undergraduate or graduate at university
  • Experience in team and project management
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Presentation and training skills
  • A high level of English

Bridging the Gap includes such countries as:
Bahrain
Egypt
Jordan
Morocco
Qatar
Tunisia
United Arab Emirates

This summer challenge your beliefs, begin to bridge the cultural divide between the Western and Islamic world. Engage in a 3 month program that aims to facilitate intercultural dialogue and understanding through learning seminars, conferences and an internship program in a Middle Eastern business environment.
